This is the second one of these we've bought. They're nice, heat-proof, and avoid scratching the surface of the otherwise horribly scratch-prone "ceramic" coating of our skillets. (Aside: Never buy "GreenPan" pans or skillets. Once something burns on them, they stick forever.)Although fairly durable, these will break if you put a bit of force on them. That said, we like it enough that we hunted down and bought a second one as a replacement. This is a good product, but beware if scraping hard. I was trying to scrape some burned-on gunk off a pan when it broke. It's sturdy enough that it gave me a false sense of it's breaking strength. If you use it as intended, though it's very strong, and should give you no problems.Recommended.
