I bought a woman's 5x.I wear a 2-3X in unisex shirts. When I saw there was an option for women's shirts, which are cut differently, I paid the $2.50 extra. Women's sizes usually run much smaller, so I ordered the 5X. My guess is that the women's line doesn't actually go up to that size. They sent a unisex 5X. This ended up being way too big for me, but luckily my husband is a big guy and he was absolutely thrilled to take it off my hands.My only complaint is that when my customization wasn't available, nobody reached out to confirm what the 2nd best option would be, and I was still charged the upcharge for a woman's shirt.
