I ordered a set of spatulas some time ago and found the spoonula to be too flexible for my liking. I contacted the seller (THE SILICONE KITCHEN) and found out that they have already modified their product to correct this issue. The new spoonula that I just received is great - very firm and useful kitchen tool.I love the very classy white color of the spatula set. It goes perfectly with other decor in my kitchen. Thank you for being so responsive to my concern. I plan to order additional spatula sets for gifts.The Handel is too bendy and not sturdy.This 3-piece set from The Silicone Kitchen arrives tucked into a cotton mesh bag that can be reused as a produce bag, super cute! You will notice right away that they feel firmer, thicker and more robust than other silicone tools. The spoonula is very deep and all 3 pieces have nice long handles. I hand wash my silicone tools, I have found over many years of use, silicone can absorb odors from your dish soap. I hand wash mine using baking soda and vinegar. Once I put these to the test, I must confess, I did not like them as much and this was due to them being thicker and not as flexible as my others. They did not conform to the side of the bowl very well and left behind a lot of batter or streaks of whatever food I was working with. I got the designer white color and it has a pink hue to it. More noticeable against something white, not a deal breaker, but something to be aware of if giving as a gift to someone. Bottom line, these are very high quality, they are thick and sturdy, but these may not be features you look for in a spatula! I have been using these more as spreaders than as scrapers. When making sandwiches, the long thinner one is great for getting down in a warehouse sized jug of mayo!This is a nice set of silicone spatulas of assorted sizes.Though they are each a different size, each one fits well in the hand, and the tapers and angles make it easy to get into tight corners to get the last bit of batter, or sauce.The non-stick finish is a given, but much appreciated. And as a silicone spatula, it can stand the heat.Recommended.If you're looking for a sturdy, great-looking silicon spatula set that's easy to clean and safe in high temperatures, then I would highly recommend this set. I've been using them for a few weeks now and they've been fantastic. They're sturdy enough to use on tough foods, but they're also flexible enough to get into nooks and crannies. Plus, they look great in my kitchen! And when it comes time to clean up, they wash up easily by hand or in the dishwasher. I'm also really impressed with how well they stand up to high temperatures. I've used them on hot pans and they don't warp or melt. Overall, I couldn't be happier with this set and I would highly recommend them to anyone!I was looking forward to this spatula set primarily for the skinny spatula. The head of the spatulas are made of the same material as the handles which means while the head of the spatulas may be flexible to scrape off food stuff, the handles are also somewhat bendy. The handle doesn't stay stiff when scraping against jar sides and pans. I don't really like the feel of these spatulas when in use because of this. I also wished the heads of the spatulas were a little stiffer around the edges. It's a little too loose for my taste.This is really one of the best spatula sets I've ever owned. The silicone is a nice thick solid silicone material that's flexible. It's not so hard/firm that it will scratch your pan at all... that almost seems impossible with this set.The off-white color is really pretty but also does NOT stain even with pasta sauce, chocolate, eggs, etc. These spatulas are needed to preserve your nonstick pans because they definitely will not scratch them, there are no sharp edges at all.You literally can throw out all your other spatulas because this set has every piece that you need. I definitely will be adding this to my favorite finds on Amazon.... 5 stars!!!!! With exceptional quality and functionality, I would 1000% recommend it.Not only are these spatulas beautiful, high quality and functional- but the packaging that they came in was SO CUTE! Definitely gift worthy - would go great with a housewarming gift.
