I've used one of these Cutco utensils for over 35 years,but gave my others away to family. So, I ordered my own new one with the red handle, and I am happy with it. Cutco stays sharp forever! I've had one for 40 years and it is still sharp...in fact, you want to be very cautious when using it! It comes with a cardboard sheath, which is how I store it. I've put my old ones in the dishwasher for all these years and they are still sharp. Nothing like Cutco...lifetime of quality!
